1.Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A:We are industrial and trading company.

2: What kind of service can you provide once we place the order ?
A: After we received the order, we arrange the production, our QC members will control the quality of each stage as well as guarantee the delivery time. We also can arrange the shipment by sea, air or courier company.

3:Can you customize the products as per our request?
A: Yes, we do OEM and ODM. We could make the product suggestion based on your idea and budget.

4:How to get a sample from you?
A: All samples will be free if unit cost under usd3 , but the freight should be on your side. If you have express account like DHL,UPS etc we will send you directly, if you don't have you can send express cost to our Paypal account, any sample cost could be returned in the first order.

5:Hong long is the production time ?
A:  About 10-20days . 

Q6: What’s your shipping ways? 
A: Ship by express,air,sea or other ways as your request.We have built a long-term cooperation with specialized shipping agents.

Q7: What's your payment term?
A: 30% T/T deposit, we will arrange production after received your payment, 70% T/T before shipment.
